Nice. Now we need to see them on the bike.

For anyone in Australia my bike had the latest map running the standard mufflers. Mixture of idle to around 6500 rpm was terrible. A bit like a two stroke when running from cold.
I have just fitted the Arrow exhaust along with the latest Arrow map and the difference from idle to mid range is astounding. The bottom end to midrange mixture is near on perfect and torque is substantially increased.
I would highly recommend the change in exhaust. I have not removed the db killer. Noise is up slightly on the standard exhaust pipe. -
Your modifications look very neat. Nice work.

The switch is on the clutch lever bracket and has a wiring loom going to it with two wires. If you trace the wiring loom back to the plug it can be bypassed by disconnecting the plug and a short jumper made up to join the two wires together in the main loom.

I think the valve adjustment is similar to whats in this video.

Its in English as well.
Where I bought my bike in Australia also has a parts catalog with pricing.
I cant find the part number for the rubber grommets that insulate the side covers from the exhaust muffler. -
I to have been looking for a Jersey. The only option I have come up with is this web site. I asked for a quote to send a riding Jersey to Australia and never got a responce.

I understand what you mean but the 300 is enough for me. Apart from poor fueling of idle the bike is ideal for me. I will eventually get the suspension done, heavier springs but that can wait.

I've just weighed my RS300R and come up with similar weights. My bike has standard mufflers, hand guards, half a tank of fuel and bash plate fitted. Weights were 57.6 Kg front and 72.8 Kg rear. The scales used are not calibrated.
