But here are some Main Infos:

The quality of the Swm bikes really different, some parts are high quality and some bad but that depends on your luck as well but if the bike didn't had any Problemes in the first 3000km it probably don't have big ones the next couple kilometres. Main Problemes are that some Engine parts are bad quality but that shows itself in the first couple thousend kilometres. Much bikes got Problemes that they lose there Tps current/Level so you have to realine that, if you don't do it bike wont run good are maybe don't run. Also it got some Problems with the clutch Lever as well as the clutch slave but you can Upgrade both of that. And if you are not into Racing Bike Engines the Service interval are really short so you have to Service it more than other Streit bike enignes. I think that are the Main parts that are bad/ you should know about bevore you buy it. Other than that it is a nice bike which really mates fun at curvy roads and you can push the bike hard (when the engine is hot) But its not good for long tours, that not good for the Engine if you drive long on the same speed and you don't have that Match comfort as well.

For the Price its really good because other models are mutch more expensive and a big Thing in germany is that the Sm 500 R has 35Ps in the Document weich means you can ride it legaly on the road, the most other Sport Supermotos have 15Ps in the Documents but the have around 50Ps open, which is bad if you have a police stop in geemany. (You could open the Swm up as well up to 50-60Ps depends on the Things you are doing to it but that is no more Streit legal in Germany).

Moin, es ist etwas Zeit vergangen der Urlaub ist um ich habe es mir mal nochmal angeschaut. Ich bin jetzt auf die etwas dumme Frage gekommen wie ich denn den Tps auf Volt einstellen soll wenn mir der Max Kit Dia die Tps Werte in Prozent ausspuckt? Kann man das umrechnen oder stelle ich mich nur dumm an?

Naja ich finde man merkt schon einen Unterschied kann aber auch sein das es nur Einbildung ist da ich davor noch nicht so viele km gefahren bin. Die Sozius Rasten brauche ich immer wieder für die Freundin. Insgesamt mit anderer Abgasanlage und der Batterie kann man schon ordentlich abspecken, das merkt man dann auf jedenfall und man könnte dann natürlich auch noch die Sozius Rasten abbauen.

Dazu gibt es schon ausführliche Antworten in einem anderen Thread. Einfach mal nach Suoermoto Umbau suchen dann solltest du es finden.

Dann wird es wohl wie gesagt am Sensor oder Kabel liegen denn bei Raumtemperatur kann das Bike wohl kaum zu heiss sein.

Servus, erstmal wäre das Baujahr sehr nützlich da es wahrscheinlich unterscheiden von Euro 4 zu 5 gab. Wie wäre es denn wenn du ganz einfach mal bei einem Swm Händler anfragst viele Teile für die Swm die man nicht im Netz bekommt gibt's bei Händlern einfach zu kaufen und die allermeisten versenden die Teile auch auf Nachfrage.

Soweit ich weiss kannst du das Ganze über obd2 aus dem Steuergerät auslesen dafür brauchst du aber entweder Kabel und Software am PC oder ein auslesegerät. Ich habe mir auf Amazon das Maxkit dia 1500 gekauft ist günstig und gibt recht viele Informationen aus, geht aber nur Plug and play (bei allen Bikes bei Euro 5) bei den alten Modellen braucht man einen Adapter da du das aber hast sollte das kein Problem sein. Les aber am besten nochmal nach ob das Teil dir auch die Temperatur ausgibt aber sollte soweit ich weiss schon gehen nur sicher bin ich mir nicht.

Mal noch eine andere Frage, wann zeigt das Bike die Meldung an, nach dem Warmfaren oder schon beim Kaltstart?

Wenn beim Kaltstart schon die Temperatur zu heiss sein soll dann ist sicher das mit den Sensoren oder zugehörigen Kabeln was nicht passt.

Es gibt unter dem hinteren Teil des Tanks/ mittig von der Sitzbank einen Masseanschraubpunkt. Evtl hilft dir das ja schon weiter.

Kommt auf den Anbieter drauf an. z.B. Fp-Engeneering bietet das Mapping an um es auf das Oem Steuergerät zu spielen allerdings kostet das bei (dem Händler) nahezu das gleiche wie ein Kit mit neuem Steuergerät und Kat Ersatzrohr. Am besten mal nach dem Kit beim Händler fragen, hier im Forum ist auch einer (Mx-Moto) vertreten dem kannst du schreiben, er bietet alle Ersatzteile und auch das Kit an.

Bei den Sm 500 Modellen sollte alles relativ baugleich sein bezogen auch bezogen auf die Drosseln da gibt es eine Gasanschalgdrossel, Luftfilterdrossel, den Kat und ein anderes Mapping. Hierzu gibt es bereits mehrere Threads die kannst du gerne mal lesen.
