Hi Everyone,

I'm very interested in with the topic. Couple of day I connected the battery to my GM after 6 months of no use nor even starting the bike.

It was stored in a warm garage during these months: result, started at once!

Then I drove about 50 kms and went to gas station to refill. At the gas station it didn't start anymore. The battery is new, even start motor was replaced in the last year. This wasn't the first time it didn't start straight after refill. Also starts during the cold mornings are painful...

Could this be fixed by following the instructions mentioned here? It runs too lean? Would be very tempting to try this fix.

It seem that the battery has been the main problem with my Gran Milano 2016 as well (cold starting problem).

Should definitely use better quality battery since coming from the factory.

Thanks guys for sharing your experiences. I had mine on the 1000km service as well and they did update the ecu but did not feel the difference to be honest.
Idle running is working better if no throttle is touched at all.

Unfortunately I don't speak German (ein bischen only) so I write in English. There is no many forums in English I've found this far but used Google translator to follow the discussion here.
I've also Gran Milano 2016 with around 1500km kilometers on the odometer.

Overall I've been quite happy with the bike with the look and sound. However there has been some drawbacks as well. Starting when the engine is cold is sometimes hard. When warm it's working fine.
Finding neutral is becoming easier as I know how it works so I wouldn't count that a big problem. Some screws are getting rusty already so they lack some quality.

As I've driven only 1,5k kms I don't have other experiences yet. Time will show how reliable these machines are.

Would be nice to hear if you have had some cold starting problems?
